Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, clean, delicious food.... very suitable for a complete family staycation... the kids are happy because there are lots of games, the parents are happy to pamper their eyes and bodies because they can soak in hot water

It was a pleasure staying here with the kids, with a heated swimming pool. There's also a mini zoo, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and plenty of photogenic spots. The staff is also friendly. I've stayed at Laska Subang and Laska Ciletuh before. Laska Ciater is by far the best, based on my personal experience. To Mr. Regy, thank you for the free upgrade to a junior suite. Our family was very happy and will stay there again.

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and it was amazing. My son enjoyed everything so much. We still could work because the Wi-Fi is great. The room is spacious and the foods are delicious. The staff are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem.

The room is really nice, clean, fragrant, and surprisingly comfortable for this price 😭✨. The bed is soft, the bathroom is also clean so you can lie down for a long time. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is fast. What I like most is the food, the price is still reasonable, but unfortunately I haven't had the chance to try it, sometime I will come here again if I have the chance. Perfect for a relaxing staycation without making your wallet cry 🫶

Everyone is friendly, check-in was easy, the atmosphere is very calm, this is my second experience staying here, the restaurant always makes me miss it, there are lots of delicious menus... Strategic location on the roadside, close to Ciater, the hotel staff are friendly and fast in serving, escorted to the front of the room, there is a yard for children to play, I prefer it because there is a prayer room, so it is comfortable if you want to pray... This hotel is really okay... It is really recommended.

The location is beautiful view of the mountains and the air is cool. Near from tourist area in Lembang.
