The receptionist at check in was very friendly. Apple juice was available in the lobby while waiting for the check in process. The room was clean and spacious for the deluxe type and the good thing was that there was a gallon in front of the room. So you can refill drinking water freely. Next to the hotel, there is Technomart Mall, inside there is CGV & Jajan Balkon, there are many choices of cheap street food snacks, the hotel location is right across from KCP Mall too, and on Sunday mornings there is CFD in the area in front of the hotel.

Highly recommended. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, cool AC, super clean toilets, and no odor. Just one thing to note: please double-check the sheets. The ones I received had black spots of mold on the mattress. Otherwise, everything is great. Thank you very much.
