I stayed 1 night in 2 rooms with connecting doors, the room I occupied had a toilet spray that didn't work, the bed frame made a noise when I slept, the food was very varied but the taste of the food was lacking. Please pay attention to the cutlery in the restaurant, as it wasn't washed clean enough because I got a spoon that still had stains and a bowl that still had food stains stuck to it. Suggestions for room facility maintenance are to improve and the taste of the food should also be reviewed again and the cleanliness of the cutlery should be checked thoroughly before being placed on the serving table.

The receptionist didn't explain anything; I had to ask first. The security guard kept a close eye on my wife and children, as if they were thieves, even in the lobby. He even checked me twice while I was waiting for my vehicle to park.

1. Coordination between staff was poor. 2. Guests were still in their rooms when staff suddenly entered. 3. Towels and toothbrushes were not readily available and had to be requested. 4. Food orders took a long time to arrive.

Next to the hotel, there is Technomart Mall, inside there is CGV & Jajan Balkon, there are many choices of cheap street food snacks, the hotel location is right across from KCP Mall too, and on Sunday mornings there is CFD in the area in front of the hotel.

Highly recommended. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, cool AC, super clean toilets, and no odor. Just one thing to note: please double-check the sheets. The ones I received had black spots of mold on the mattress. Otherwise, everything is great. Thank you very much.
