For our first time using Whoosh high-speed train, we decided to stay in this hotel which was 10 minutes walk from Bandung train station. The room we stayed in was comfortable, very spacious with two twin queen beds and really soundproof (no disturbing sound from anywhere). Breakfast was OK with plenty of food variety. The receptionist was friendly and the in-room big drinking water bottle was a nice touch. When we requested another, the staff immediately gave 2 more. It was a pleasant 2-night stay that was almost perfect until I was sadly charged for accidentally breaking the room's drinking glass. All in all, still a great experience.

My husband was unwell during my stay. He asked for assistance, either a doctor on call or help obtaining basic medication. He was told the hotel does not provide this. No alternative was offered: no referral to a clinic, no help arranging transport, no offer to have a staff member purchase medication on his behalf. I am writing because I do not believe this reflects the standard of the Hilton brand, and because the next guest who calls in the same situation may be considerably worse off than my husband was.

Wonderful stay, always satisfied and comfortable staying at Hilton Bandung. The room is clean, comfortable, and soundproof. Only the gym equipment needs to be updated, it looks old. Same during breakfast, please pay attention to the sushi and chicken porridge section next to each other, there are several flies flying around but no staff is on standby. Two times breakfast this problem happened continuously with flies. The average Indonesian food is less varied, fried rice, fried noodles with only meatballs as toppings. The protein is fish and chicken/meat cooked similarly with spices, not appetizing at all. There should be more variety, don't have the same type of dish. Apart from that, all the staff are perfect, polite and friendly. Shoutout to the Hilton Housekeeping team (Mr. Ridwan / Ibnu) who prepared my room with the word welcome on the glass and prepared a welcome cake in the room. 👍👍 Surely will come back to stay here next time.
