When I first booked my room at the Harris Hotel, I casually wrote a note in the special requests section: "If possible, ask for a room with the best view." Honestly, I don't usually expect much, knowing how crowded hotels are. However, as soon as I stepped into the room, a sweet surprise greeted me. The best view was a feast for the eyes. Furthermore, every corner was kept spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spotless, dry, and hygienic. Thank you, Harris Bekasi, for your hospitality.

I really don't want to write a bad review... But this is for future improvement... On Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10:30 PM, we checked in here to take refuge due to a power outage at home. When we arrived, security directed us straight to the basement parking lot, even though I saw there was space for 2-3 cars. I thought, well, maybe that was the area that needed to be cleared of vehicles. From the basement, I took the escalator, which was turned off (it felt like a manual staircase), carrying a fairly heavy suitcase. I entered through the access point connecting to the mall, but it was locked (you had to use the access)!! I went back down, carrying my suitcase around the parking lot looking for a hotel employee, but luckily I found one. He escorted me back in, and then I went back up the disabled escalator with my suitcase! When I entered my room, it looked like it hadn't been occupied in a while, but that was okay because I was all tired. An hour later, I went out to get a drink. And you know what, when I passed the front of the hotel where the security guard had initially directed me to park, the parking lot I'd seen empty was suddenly filled with cars. Honestly, at that moment, I felt so discriminated against. The security guard saw that I was a woman and had my children and mother in the car, but he made it so much trouble!! And the escalator was dead!! At breakfast, only my children and mother were there. But the guard said someone from my room had already claimed breakfast, whaaattt??? Hi Harris, how does the breakfast work? Do those who have breakfast not show their room access cards???? Luckily, my child had the courage to speak up and argue with the officer. Sigh...wanting to relieve fatigue, but instead, he became really tired. Honestly, if the children and mother weren't so tired at that time, they would have gone to Four Points Pakuwon. I really don't want to write a bad review... But this is for future improvement... On Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10:30 PM, we checked in here to take refuge due to a power outage at home. When we arrived, security directed us straight to the basement parking lot, even though I saw there was space for 2-3 cars. I thought, well, maybe that was the area that needed to be cleared of vehicles. From the basement, I took the escalator, which was turned off (it felt like a manual staircase), carrying a fairly heavy suitcase. I entered through the access point connecting to the mall, but it was locked (you had to use the access)!! I went back down, carrying my suitcase around the parking lot looking for a hotel employee, but luckily I found one. He escorted me back in, and then I went back up the disabled escalator with my suitcase! When I entered my room, it looked like it hadn't been occupied in a while, but that was okay because I was all tired. An hour later, I went out to get a drink. And you know what, when I passed the front of the hotel where the security guard had initially directed me to park, the parking lot I'd seen empty was suddenly filled with cars. Honestly, at that moment, I felt so discriminated against. The security guard saw that I was a woman and had my children and mother in the car, but he made it so much trouble!! And the escalator was dead!! At breakfast, only my children and mother were there. But the guard said someone from my room had already claimed breakfast, whaaattt??? Hi Harris, how does the breakfast work? Do those who have breakfast not show their room access cards???? Luckily, my child had the courage to speak up and argue with the officer. Sigh...wanting to relieve fatigue, but instead, he became really tired. Honestly, if the children and mother weren't so tired at that time, they would have gone to Four Points Pakuwon.
