When I go on holiday to Bogor, I always stay here because it's close to the city center and culinary spots. The rooms are comfortable, especially now that the TV has Oxygen service, so it's even more satisfying for entertainment, unlike in previous years when the TV channels were still blurry. As for cleanliness, it's okay, but what's a shame is that the electric kettle is no longer available, huh? So, it's a bit of a hassle to have to get hot water from the public dispenser first. The bed is comfortable, the type of mattress is hard & doesn't cause body aches, but for room cleanliness 6/10. The sheets & pillowcases smell like someone's sweat. The bathroom is also not very clean, there were 3 baby cockroaches when I stayed. Usually in the bathroom there is a cup for toothbrushes, but this one was not there, amenities are also incomplete. There was no mat & laundry bag. For breakfast 5/10. The menu choices are very limited, only white rice, fried rice, vermicelli, vegetables & chicken. There was no cereal. Please improve the service & hospitality.
