This hotel was the best 4 years ago, but now it's not as good as before. The sheets and blankets have stains like lipstick or something similar, there are bugs in the corners, the outside of the trash can is full of stains, stubborn crust on the bidet. There should be regular deep cleaning. The elevator is dirty and there is no janitor on standby. The service of all staff is very friendly and helpful during your stay. The prayer room is very nice. The hotel yard is clean. The waiting room has many sofas and drinks. As for the shortcomings, hopefully they can be improved. Thanks

The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to any requests for help. The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the room, and I could hear people knocking upstairs, even though I was on the 9th floor, the highest floor. The bathroom was also poorly equipped, lacking a washcloth, a cup for rinsing, and very rough towels. Overall, it was good. The food was lacking in variety and often bland.
