The room was okay, and the hotel's location was great. The only downside was that the hotel's towels were SUPER UGLY. In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've found a hotel with towels as poor quality as these Savero Styles. They don't absorb water at all. It feels like wiping plastic on your body.

The cleanliness of the lobby sofas needs to be improved. The cleanliness of the elevators needs to be improved.
The room's ambiance is comfortable, modern, and the lighting is good and just right.
The windowpanes weren't cleaned, with handprints and lip prints.
Breakfast wasn't varied. During our stay, there was only chicken porridge, white rice, fried rice, spiced chicken, stir-fried vegetables, two types of sliced fruit, white bread with a choice of one type of jam, egg rolls, crackers, and two juices.
There was no cereal or plain milk.

I called the receptionist 5 times to borrow an iron, the answer was only yes, it will be sent, okay ma'am... but there was no follow up... it should be that the iron is not available or is being borrowed by someone else, it would be better if the hotel staff gave an honest answer

My first time staying at Savero Hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good but not very varied, there was no fried rice or porridge. The bathroom only had bar soap, no liquid soap... no shampoo. Everything else was very good.
