The hotel staff was kind and friendly. However, the hotel seemed unclean and lacked the usual shine. The elevator was also dirty. The bathroom towels weren't absorbent at all and weren't even white. Toiletries were incomplete, the soap dispenser was empty, and the trash can had a broken lid.
