I stayed here because it was a 2-star hotel, so I didn't expect much. But it turned out to be quite good. It was clean enough, with a varied breakfast menu, including Indomie noodles, an egg station, a coffee machine, and cereal with fresh milk. The only thing missing was soap. The soap and shampoo should be separate, and there was no hand soap. There was no kettle for boiling water, although there was a dispenser, but it should have been provided. The trip to the dispenser was quite far for the rooms at the end of the room.

Check-in was yesterday, but perhaps you could have paid more attention. When we arrived in the room, the amenities were incomplete. There were no room tissues that should have been there (?), there were several black and dull stains on the pillows, the bathroom towels were rough, and there was no bathroom mat. But otherwise, it was okay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious, everyone was really friendly and smiling. Thank you 🤗
