Hotel Shalimar in Malang is a beautiful hotel with a historic, colonial feel. It's located in a pleasant and clean neighborhood, which makes for an especially pleasant stay. The hotel exudes ambiance and tranquility. A nice surprise was the hidden bar, which featured live music the evening of our stay. That really added something extra to the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and responsive. There's gallon water and gas, grills, and towels. Ample parking. The view is stunning, with stunning city lights. Wi-Fi, karaoke, air conditioning, swimming pool, and water heater all work perfectly. I'll definitely be back if I'm in Batu.

The location is close to UB because every time the kids have a competition, we always stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and I always get room 106. I like it. Of all the facilities, my son's favorite is the bathtub. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. And the food is delicious, to my mind, on par with Sonokembang. My husband, who's usually fussy about hotel food, was completely satisfied here.

Room with 2 queen beds, clean and spacious can be used for congregational prayer. Cold AC, refrigerator also works. Get free dinner and snack bar. Breakfast is also varied. Hopefully in the future a children's play area can be added, so that you can feel more at home staying at the hotel.

Surprisingly the rooms are really good, spacious and quite aesthetic, beyond my expectations because the price is really affordable. The amenities turned out to be really wow, got an electric cable, electric kettle, soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste, towel, coffee (nescafe), tea (tong tji), sugar (gulaku). The TV is also a smart TV so you can watch Netflix and others. The point is, this room is really worth the prize, no complaints ✨ in the lobby they also sell pop noodles and some soft drinks if you're too lazy to go out or forget to buy them
