I stayed here with my husband for 4 nights, it was amazing. The service was excellent, the hotel staff was friendly. The room was always clean and tidy. The hotel is in the city center and easy to get everywhere. Overall, the hotel is nice and comfortable. The price is affordable. I give it 8 thumbs up, combined with my husband's thumbs up.. hahaha.. We stayed here for a short family getaway from Surabaya and had such a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premier room, which made our stay even more special.
What we loved the most is how family-friendly the resort is. There are so many activities for kids that my child didn’t even want to go home. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming.
Definitely one of the best family resorts in Batu. We would love to come back again.

Stayed 3D2N with family. Booked connecting rooms and they were available. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.
