Fast check in/out process. All staffs kindly & helping. I love the room design, it’s too cute, something fresh & clean, the wall decor show how old Bandung City, historical but eye catching. I’m wondering the water shower more powerful it will be prefect.

I always stay at mitra hotel during my visit to Bandung. Homey conditions, nice and polite staff, only the parking area where limited now due to existence of coffee shop visitor which occupied hotel parking. I suggest reserved parking area for hotel guest

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay here! We stayed for staycation to let go of our stress and the result is really satisfying. We used all the facilities it has, like swimming pool and the gym. Also the breakfast taste amazing! Thank you, Prime Park! You are definitely on our list for our next staycation!

I had an amazing stay here, the staff were helpful and the room is clean, the lobby smells amazing, I forgot to ask what kind of scent they use for the lobby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

It was a wonderful experience to stay for 4d3n! Had a free upgraded room for the first 2 nights, then got to spend another extended night in the same room with the same room rate I paid for those first 2 nights. I'm so grateful because the stay was a gift for myself for this year's birthday, I assumed the excellent service was also a gift for me, because I was so happy! Thank you!
