The people of Jogja are indeed known for their friendliness. The receptionist at this hotel was super friendly. The hotel was clean and felt very peaceful. We happened to check out early in the morning and asked for takeaway breakfast, and it was delicious. Highly recommended 🤗

On Sundays, you can attend morning worship at HKBP Yogyakarta, just a 100-meter walk. One block from the hotel, there are many coffee shops, from new buildings to old ones, all with a quaint feel. Oh yes, if you don't want to drive yourself to Malioboro, the hotel provides a free shuttle service.
