We had a pleasant and enjoyable 2 nights' stay, bedding comfortable, room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Breakfast were delivered to our hotel room, and on both occasions, the fried rice and chicken rice served were good. Location is good too, warungs and cafes are available within walking distance. The staff had been helpful, courteous and cheerful. It was, overall, a satisfying experience. Highly recommended to those visiting Muntilan.

Everything from Amata is so much fun. The staff is very friendly and responsive once we ask for help. For those who have no agenda / activities during the stay, do not worry, Amata has many alternative activities. Staying here feels like a king, the food is good, the pool is there for kids and adults, clean rooms and very complete facilities. Moreover, only 10 minutes to Borobudur Temple. All is well. Highly recommended!! Especially the Toraja VIP room, it's absolutely stunning for honeymooners! There aren't many rooms, so staying here feels exclusive, and the hotel is conveniently located near Borobudur.
Also, don't miss out on the restaurant's food! It's absolutely delicious! The special fried rice is a breakfast option! You must also get the fried cassava and mendoan tempeh! The best!

Hotel was newly built and facilities are clean. Hotel location is also good, it’s close to the Borobudur heritage and easy access by Grab. We found a nice Thai restaurant nearby that offers beer. The breakfast menu in this hotel was OK, not many choices but good enough. We enjoyed our stay here and will come back.

We got upgraded from Royal Pool Suite to Grand Spa Suite. The villa is spacious with dedicated dining area, spa bungalow and well maintained garden with views overlooking Menoreh Hills. In room dining and breakfast are available upon request. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating, some remembered us by name. Several restaurants to choose from within the Plataran complex which is convenient. Would definitely come back here, thanks to Plataran Borobudur and all the staffs!
