Staff were very eager to make sure any requests were well understood and assistance provided, either around the hotel or with directions around the local area. The room was cleaned every day upon request.

The hotel is good, the view is very beautiful, all the staff are friendly, this place is perfect for those of you who want to escape the fatigue of work in the office and others. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Caldera😊

This is first time I stayed at Pramana Zahill Kintamani with my all family. It was exactly the same with my expectations based on the reviews and pictures on the apps. The room is new clean, big size & comfortable, the amazing swimming pool with hot water was very cleaned and quite big as well. Great dinner with live music and a very memorable night mountain atmosphere, also the breakfast is perfect lots of choice and very tasty. The staff are really friendly and helpful us a lot. Their service is very excellent and so polite with the guests. Will come back to when I visited Kinatamani next time and really recommended this Hotel. Best place for family or couple to stay.

A very strategic hotel for staying near Lake Batur. The rooms and surroundings are clean and beautiful. The price is affordable. The owner and staff prioritize honesty. I left something behind and inquired over the phone, and they answered correctly that something was missing, and it was delivered to my home address the next day.

This is absolutely a beautiful view to enjoy. Right in front of lake and mount Batur, and surrounded by rice fields, no doubt this in one of best view to enjoy the nature. The place are so quiet and peaceful, specially during in the early morning and afternoon. Flies and bad smell of organic fertilizer were so annoying, and disturb so much. It's pretty hot during the daylight, and better to stay inside the room away from flies raid and sun's heat. Room is clean and nice, bed is good and comfortable, the hot water is great. The breakfast are nice but not so vary. My kids love the pancakes and hot chocolate for the breakfast 👍🏻
