The hotel's location is strategic, making it easy to travel, passed by public transportation, and many places to eat around, from cheap to expensive, the hotel staff are very helpful, when checking in was assisted by mas Andhika, explained in detail about the room I took, very informative, and fun, and mas Andhika also offered to borrow a charger, because I happened not to bring a charger, it was very useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful from entering the hotel gate, unloading your luggage, to getting to your room in perfect order. There was a welcome drink. Everything was flawless, the room and bathroom were clean, the water was flowing, all the appliances were working well, there was a free minibar snack, and the food was quite varied. Very close to PIM. The pool was clean and comfortable, and there was a gym next to it. It was really worth staying here. Bismillah, I will come back again next time.

The room facilities were well-maintained.
