The ambiance of the hotel is great! The staff are very polite and friendly. The check-in went very smooth and we got the surprise that we got an upgrade to the junior suite. This suite was excellent. The breakfast had much variety. I really recommend this hotel. This hotel is also a heaven for kids with all the pools and kids things to do. Thank you Eastparc for a pleasure staying.

I had a wonderful stay at The Victoria Hotel Yogyakarta. The staff were very friendly and helpful—I really appreciated being allowed to check in early, and the clear explanation of the hotel facilities was a nice touch.
The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I was truly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Parking was also easy and felt very safe, which added to the convenience.
The location couldn’t be better—right in the city centre and just behind Ambarukmo Plaza Mall, making it super easy to get anywhere.
Overall, I’m really happy with my experience here and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Jogja. Thank you so much to the team for the warm hospitality!

I found this hotel by accident. It turned out to be very comfortable. The call center responded quickly, the staff was friendly, and the hotel had a great vibe.
Although it's a bit far from the tourist center, I'll definitely stay here again if I go back to Yogyakarta.
But in hindsight, it was actually quite nice. The surrounding area isn't too crowded.

I just need a room to study as I have difficulty staying focused. The hotel is in the city centre, near my office and near campus, yet within a housing area where I know some of the residents (therefore giving me a sense of safety) and far from traffic noises.
It was my second time staying at that building (although different hotel management). But both stays were wonderful.

I was looking for a hotel with two large beds and one small bed for my husband and children. This hotel offers these beds at an affordable price. The room is also adequately sized—not huge, but not cramped either. It may be an older hotel, but the service and cleanliness made me feel comfortable, at home, and satisfied with my stay. Strategic location, flexible check-in time. Friendly receptionist. For those who sign up for a high school flight it is recommended, the location is close, you can drop the suitcase first to the receptionist before / after the Check in / out time. In front of the inn many sell various snacks / breakfast / food until evening. Very recommended. The room also fits the picture, the air conditioner is cold, all facilities are new and good. Clean and comfortable.
