The atmosphere is peaceful, the smell is pleasant, and the room and bathroom facilities and furnishings are nice and well-maintained. The bed is a large size. The place is cozy, the food is delicious. Oh yeah, the staff are all nice. I was curious to see the rooftop, which apparently opens in the afternoon, but I was kindly taken on a special room tour of the rooftop. Thank you, I hope to stay again sometime.

I've actually stayed at Novotel several times, but this was my first time with my family. Thank God, it was a very pleasant experience. Friendly service, spacious rooms, and well-functioning facilities. Finding food at night is also easy because it's close to Bekapai Park and several other cafes within a radius of less than 500 meters. In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Novotel's strengths are definitely its delicious breakfast and diverse menu options, from Western to Eastern to Indonesian. The only downside is the gym access, as it's currently under renovation, hehe. Hopefully, next time I come here, I'll be able to use all the facilities.

I won't regret staying here, the AC works well, access to everywhere is good, close to the city center, yesterday I stayed here for 4 days and really felt at home, the bathroom was clean, in short it was the best.
