Great hotel, near from everywhere, excellent service, room very comfortable. Great view from rooftop beside the pool. Will be stay here for next time when visit Semarang.

I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

The Staff were the best among the similar hotel in Semarang! The facility was just perfect! The one thing that the management should really put it in consideration is the lift. It just has 1 lift, additional 1 lift would be great.

The mattress is very comfortable. Affordable prices. Complete facilities. The TV has a youtube smoothly so my son has many cartoons. The concept of the hotel there is a small park I like and God willing often come here again.

The hotel is very comfortable, strategically located near Simpang Lima, close to many food vendors so if you are hungry, just walk to the edge of Simpang Lima, the service is good, the view from the room is good, in short, you will not be disappointed staying here.

The hotel staff is very friendly, coincidentally my mom bought frozen souvenirs and was able to leave them in the freezer, when checking in and wanted to move rooms, the lady was very kind, we were able to move before check in time, the extra bed was also clean, got towels and pillows, the TV can play YouTube, really great, definitely if the family goes to Semarang, they will book a hotel here again! Cheap price but not cheap quality, cool!
