A very pleasant experience when I stayed at this hotel, made me extend my stay at this hotel because of the hospitality of the staff and also the variety of the food served. Then, being close to the city center made me feel like I was at home and made me want to stay again at this hotel in the future. Thank you for the good memories.

Nice hotel, okay for staycation. The front desk staff was nice. The bedroom and bathroom are just like in the picture. Unfortunately, the tables were not cleaned well. There's no bathroom mat and no slippers. The refrigerator was not cold either. Aside from that, AC, TV, and the hot water functions well. The bed and the pillows were comfortable enough.

it's my 2nd time and have a room in higher floor. turns out the room is smaller than lower floor. but the view is great. the room is super clean, staff is fast response, which is improvement. try the room service and ordered spaghetti carbonara for kids.. it's delicious but more like aglio olio, not creamy enough. can't wait for the 3rd times.

My stay here was excellent; the room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city center and there are plenty of food vendors nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in Central Jakarta.

I had a great stay at Mercure Cikini! The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, I slept like a log. The location was perfect for me since I had an event at Taman Ismail Marzuki, which was just a short walk away, which was super convenient. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Stay for one night from Palembang before back to Surabaya. The hotel is close to Gambir Station, only about 10 - 15 minutes in the morning (before traffic jam hours begin). The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants and street food stalls.
There are many taxis near the hotel if you need it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Horison Arcadia Wahid Hasyim hotel. Good hotel, good and nice location, good & competitive prices, friendly staff. Thanks

The hotel is very clean and fragrant, all the staffs (even the securities and technicians!) are very friendly and proactive. The breakfast are delicious. What I admire most are they provide water in glass bottle, and they provide bicycles to stroll around. Keep up the great job.
