It's quite comfortable because the hotel is still quite new, the only downside is probably in terms of service, when checking in there was no one to help me unload my suitcase, the lobby door access was blocked by parked cars so it was narrow, and sounds from outside could also be heard inside the room.

+ the room is quite okay and spacious
+ the AC is cold and comfortable
+ according to the request, we got a room with a window
+ the bathroom is spacious
- the room is not soundproof
- the water heater for bathing on the second and third days did not work properly
- the FO staff was rude in their attitude, giving a sign of apology because the water heater was not working and only informed until an unspecified time limit using only a letter and placed on the floor of the room without knocking on the door of the room
- there was no etiquette to move/offer to move to another room

The check-in & out process was smooth, the receptionist was very friendly, got a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the hotel next door 😁. Overall a comfortable stay at True Blue. The room was clean, the AC worked (split AC) although it took a bit of waiting for it to cool down, the hot water in the bathroom was also smooth, there was a tap for washing feet in the shower (thoughtful). I didn't try breakfast but there are several places to eat around the hotel (warteg, Famima, cafe). Oh yeah, the hotel is integrated with Yoshinoya and Arah Cafe.
