FO staff are friendly and responsive

Check-in was fast, the hotel staff was friendly, and the public facilities were complete. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the soundproofing wasn't good, which was a bit distracting. Access to the city center was easy. The restaurant lacked aesthetic appeal, and the breakfast menu lacked variety. Hopefully, True Blue Hotel will have its own restaurant in the future.

The staff was very helpful. Check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. The bed very comfortable, clean, and the most is beautiful. I came by supir, so no issue in parking. Will come again if I visit Jakarta.

place is very clean and staff's friendly. my only input is i think the rooms need to be more soundproof, because at night & in the morning the sounds from other rooms were a bit disturbing. other than that it was a pleasant stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center. I recommend staying again. The room selection is also good.

A strategically located new hotel, close to many hangouts and restaurants. The rooms and ambiance are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly.

Actually it's clean, but sometimes when you open the tap or flush the bathroom, there's an unpleasant smell coming from the drain.

It's quite comfortable because the hotel is still quite new, the only downside is probably in terms of service, when checking in there was no one to help me unload my suitcase, the lobby door access was blocked by parked cars so it was narrow, and sounds from outside could also be heard inside the room.

For those who want to take ACLS at Primaya Hospital, this hotel is a good place to stay.

Hotel is new. Very clean. Walkable distance to food stall and convenient store.

The hotel room is very clean.... the bathroom is also nice and very clean... The lobby area is clean, only the elevator is hot but it's not a problem.... overall satisfied.

+ the room is quite okay and spacious + the AC is cold and comfortable + according to the request, we got a room with a window + the bathroom is spacious - the room is not soundproof - the water heater for bathing on the second and third days did not work properly - the FO staff was rude in their attitude, giving a sign of apology because the water heater was not working and only informed until an unspecified time limit using only a letter and placed on the floor of the room without knocking on the door of the room - there was no etiquette to move/offer to move to another room

The check-in & out process was smooth, the receptionist was very friendly, got a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the hotel next door 😁. Overall a comfortable stay at True Blue. The room was clean, the AC worked (split AC) although it took a bit of waiting for it to cool down, the hot water in the bathroom was also smooth, there was a tap for washing feet in the shower (thoughtful). I didn't try breakfast but there are several places to eat around the hotel (warteg, Famima, cafe). Oh yeah, the hotel is integrated with Yoshinoya and Arah Cafe.
