Staying at Lovina Inn in Polux is fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The instructions are very detailed and clear. And most importantly the apartment is very nice, oh yes because in the apartment there is a small kitchen with complete equipment that can be used for cooking while staying. And most importantly it is very comfortable to stay here with family 👍 the location access is good and strategic. Cool 🌼🌼

With the same room, I have checked in 4 times here. The reason is because it is comfortable, if it is not comfortable, I will not want to come back again 😁. The cleanliness is okay. Guest comfort is prioritized. And 1 thing is the honesty of the team, items left in the room even though they are not that important are still informed. Cool ah 👍.

Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention
I have travelled 26 Countries and this has been one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in for an overall experience. The facilities are amazing, the Manager - Said made me feel extremely welcome and at home and the Executive Chef - Wawan Gunawan’s food was excellent, I looked forward to breakfast every morning!! This Hotel offers a lot for the price and really made my stay in Batam one I will remember!! I will definitely be back.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean, so when we arrived, it was already clean and tidy without us having to ask. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was very comfortable.
