Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We have the best experience staying here, all staff here are very friendly and helpful. When we check in, Nisa in reception was very kind and helpful for us because we arrived and the check in process was almost midnight, and the restaurant crews were also kind. 5 stars for Harmonie One Hotel.

I stayed for three days for meetings and fieldwork. I wanted to charge my laptop and phone, but I didn't have a 3-prong travel plug converter with me. At 11 PM, I asked customer service where the nearest outlet sold one. The hotel/customer service immediately lent me their stock. A room attendant arrived shortly afterward to deliver the converter. Thank you, Altrue Sydney. We'll be back next time.

The room, bed, and bed sheets are new and clean. Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water are good. It is close to Batam Center Harbour and city center. It is within walking distance, 10 min to Pasar Putih market. You can get cheap, good breakfast and lunch from morning to 2 PM. It is very near to an excellent seafood restaurant called I Love Seafood.

I've been a regular every time I go to Batam, I always stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. I can request an early check-in, as I usually check out early in the morning depending on the flight/ship schedule for my next destination. Yesterday, the refrigerator wasn't cold, but after I told the owner, they immediately replaced it. It's great. I'll definitely come back here again in the future. 😍

It was a pleasant stay at Aston Batam. The service was exceptional. The receptionist was very helpful with me since I had a problem with the room, and they were willing to help find a room replacement for me. They offered a room display so that I could find a comfortable room.
