The hotel location is very near to Batam Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall, which is easily accessible. The hotel room is spacious and clean with essentials provided. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube access, etc. The buffet breakfast had quite a wide variety of foods. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The experience of staying overnight before going to Singapore was very memorable, everything was very good and perfect, from the friendly staff service, fast check-in and we left our luggage while we were in Singapore, returning again for a 3-night stay after leaving Singapore was very memorable. Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
