Ordering food was easy, with plenty of nearby restaurant options. While there was no hairdryer or iron in the room, you can request them, and the staff will bring them promptly. Overall, a very nice stay!

This is my number 1 favorite hotel in Surabaya. The location is perfect, the room really suits me, not too big since I always stay there for my business trip, but it has a nice touch of room that provides me a comfort feeling. The breakfast is always great, not over in terms of variation, but it has everything you want from a breakfast buffet. I already recommend this hotel to many of my colleagues and definitely will come back there soon on my next biz trip.
