Mas Apri always helpful for all my request, really appreciate. He is so friendly, so nice. The hotel itself very comfortable, air very fresh, very refreshing. I've been stay here in so many times. It's always our choice every time come to Bandung. The facilities also complete. All the hotel staff very friendly and polite. It's very high recommend hotel with reasonable price.

My wife and I got married here. We purposefully checked in to let our children know our history. The room along with its facilities were alright (nothing changed since 2010, I guess). We didn’t come here for the room. We were more excited about the outdoor facilities that they have: playground, swimming pool and spacious green field. Not to miss: coffee at their breakfast. It definitely sits atop among the well-known and even some four-star hotel.

The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist & the restaurant hostess. Their service was excellent, starting from the check-in process. We got a refreshing welcome drink and also night snacks at the restaurant. Great ambiance, the service, facility & the meal also delicious. Definitely will come back with my family.
