Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room is clean, the air conditioner and cold air are very comfortable to rest. The bathroom is clean, complete toiletries, the shower works well, the soap and shampoo smells good. But I heard a sound from behind the wall of the room even though my room was at the very end and there was no room next to it, around 2 am. A little scared but overall the hotel is good. Thanks Tibera Hotel.. see you next time.

Clean, comfortable villa, very easy access, worth it with an affordable price for a villa with 3 bedrooms, inside the housing complex and in front of the security post, the guard is very kind, friendly and quick to send any leftover items. Very friendly and accommodating staff, we enjoyed our food very much especially at the coffee shop and also we like the ambiance at the hotel, quieter than most places in Setiabudhi, my son loved the swimming pool, and our recent stay got us a free room upgrade. Masyaallah, the villa is really nice. Clean, access to everywhere is also close, the cool air makes you feel at home, the owner is really nice, Mrs. Hikmah and Mr. Ali feel like sleeping in their own home. Overall, this villa is the best, I will come back again next time I go to Lembang to stay here.
