Great stay with professional services. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and respectful. The food was tasty with lots of variety to choose from. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

This was my first time staying at the Kawana Hotel and I immediately fell in love with it, thanks to the excellent and responsive 24-hour service, especially for Mr. Adit who was willing to help me when I left my phone in GoCar and Mr. Adit was happy to help me until 3 am in the morning to contact the driver, and also for the friendly and polite Ms. Santi and Mr. Fajri. Thank you for the service, hopefully if I come to Padang again I can meet and stay at the Kawana Hotel again. ❤️
