I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very comfortable, clean, and far beyond expectations for the price offered. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt like a “lite” version of a 5-star experience—which made it unique and memorable. The place is easy to find on map, but it's in a small alley (the portal will be closed at 12 pm) and there is no signboard. The bedroom is quite unique because it's small and the bed is above the bathroom, there is a wooden staircase which is quite noisy when we go up. If you are on the 1st or 2nd floor, you will hear a sound from above your room when people climb the stairs or just move the chairs. There are 2 small mineral water bottles (but there's a dispenser at pantry), a couple of towel, 1 tooth brush, 1 shower gel but no shampoo. The water heater works well on the bathroom. The staffs are so friendly and the pool is so clean! I was lucky because there's not many guest there, so no need to be caught on crowd. And the smoking area is on the garden.

Urbanview Hotel Puri Indah

Staff are kind, accommodating, and courteous. Welcoming guests with charming smiles and polite gestures. Pak Heru is very attentive, knowing our need for 3 baggage so he put us in a ground floor room. Thumbs up. This hotel has very good ventilation, is close to malls and Alfamart. All facilities including a fridge to store fruits, and also the cleaner sanitizes and cleans all properly. A must-stay place when visiting and exploring Puri Kembangan. Thank you for the good hospitality, we are happy to stay here.
