The first day my husband felt itchy sleeping on his bed and asked to change the sheets and the receptionist's response was very good, we were offered to change rooms with a larger and very comfortable room size. Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing rooms. Worth the 500-something rupiah price. The staff are friendly and efficient, from the security guard who helped unload luggage to the lobby, to the friendly and well-explained front desk, and even the delivery to the room. The hot water is also very smooth. The cafe is also aesthetically pleasing and has delicious food and drinks, and the staff are all friendly.

This is my first stay in DeJava Hotel. It was a very comfortable and nice stay. The room's so spacious. Clean and the AC worked well. It's soundproof and the TV program's okay for me. The location's wonderful. Right across PVJ, in the direction towards Lembang area. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. 👍🏻

Room cleanliness is excellent. The rooms, bedsheets, towels, all are clean and fresh! Breakfast is nice, complete, and worth the price. Staffs are great, helpful, and very polite. Overall, the hotel is satisfying, worth the price, thank you, keep up the good work.

Thank God, very satisfying.
The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was very quick, even though it was only 1 p.m., but we were allowed to come in.
The cleanliness of the room and the environment was maintained, and the atmosphere was beautiful and pleasant.
The kids even asked to come back.
