The room and bathroom were clean, the AC was super cold, and the staff were super friendly! They really gave me clear instructions on how to check in. The kitchen stove was working, and I got a little soap. So far, everything is fine, and I even extended my stay in the same room (Comfort Room) because it was so comfortable. The room very spacious, I booked family room (2 bed for 3 persons). The toilet was clean, they provide soap and shampoo, also towel there. The room and the toilet was very good. The tv also worked good, wifi was fast. When morning came, they served breakfast around 6.00 am, the food was delicious, its feels like home, I give score for breakfast is 4.7/5 because so delicious.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The receptionist stays 24 hours and there is a security guard on guard. When I first came here I checked in late, I was only able to check in at 11pm and was still well served. Given a room according to request on the floor. 1. Suitcases and bags were also brought. They provide kitchen facilities with free refills for drinking water in the dispenser. You can also buy food at this hotel which is affordable, because it doesn't provide breakfast. They also have laundry services at quite cheap prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water is on, the shower water is also strong, the toilet flushes are also safe, clean fragrant white towels are provided and the amenities are liquid soap + toothbrush. The service was very good, I left my suitcase to spend the night in Lembang and was allowed one day free, because the next day I continued to stay there again. Trustworthy and safe. Then, when I needed a helmet, I was given to borrow Aa's too. That's very good. Very satisfied! The rooms also match those in the photos

Zest Sukajadi Bandung by Swiss-Belhotel International

Room cleanliness is excellent. The rooms, bedsheets, towels, all are clean and fresh! Breakfast is nice, complete, and worth the price. Staffs are great, helpful, and very polite. Overall, the hotel is satisfying, worth the price, thank you, keep up the good work.

De Java Hotel Bandung

I could say this is one of the best hotels in Bandung city center. One step away from PVJ mall, surrounded by shops, markets, culinary places. Parking is at the basement so I am not afraid my motorcycle will get wet. Room and toilets are clean, AC is cold, Wi-Fi is fast, hot water available almost without delay. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious. Staffs are friendly. What else, I can't complain about anything.

What a wonderful stay! The hospitality was beyond my expectations. Calming ambiance with very nice attention-to-detail decorations. The room was spacious and clean.
