Staying at Sienna Residence was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out time was very easy, the room was very clean, very tidy, the price was affordable not too expensive, and the food was delicious, the hotel location is very strategic not far from public facilities such as Bubulak Terminal, Gunung Harta bus pool, Laladon Terminal. As we enjoyed our previous stay 2 years ago, my wife and I thought we would like another stay here as it's a great location for visiting family and friends. The hotel itself is set in such a peaceful and quiet location it's hard to believe you're in a city. The room is spacious and a very comfortable bed makes it easy to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are just as good. I will say all the staff we encountered were warm, polite, and very welcoming, and although we mainly only had breakfast, the food was really good, tasty, and had good selections. I look forward to my next visit.

a pleasant experience even though we were the only ones staying there, the position of the room in front of the swimming pool made the kids very happy, the next day the kids had a one day tour playing angklung, planting rice fields, going to the herbal garden, bathing cows,,, an exciting experience..
