Located in City center of Medan, I was given an amazing experience by Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Air Conditioner and Hot Water Working properly. It is a great experience, especially for Medan's food (ie: Lontong Medan, Pulut Pisang, Lupis) during breakfast.

I chose to stay at this Hotel due to its location near the airport train station. The hotel is clean and the room design is cool. The food is also quite tasty and has a lot of variety.

The room is quite enough for two person, the bathroom is clean and the hot water is working well. What I like is the coridor was clean, smell good, and they have connecting music while I am refil the water. So this is my first time find a Big Hotel with water dispenser coridor/outside the room, mostly in hostel/homestay. That was good so you will never ever thirsty in room when you forgot to buy mineral water outside. 8/10 for overall.

Spacious room, good food, good location near city center, lots of facilities especially swimming pool, for affordable price, very value for money.
