Had a great stay at Sari Pacific. The staff was welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. The birthday amenities and cakes were a great addition to our staycation. Big shoutout to the room team and the team who surprised us with a birthday cake and song—it made the stay even more special! In-room dining was amazing—we had the ayam goreng madu and sop buntut bakar, both highly recommended. The newly renovated room was comfortable and well-designed. Overall, a great experience and would stay again.

The room is adequate. The hotel service is good. The receptionist was very polite and helping. However, the toilet malfunctioned The flush and jet shower were not working. The breakfast was delivered to the room and the taste was standard. Overall, I enjoy the stay in this hotel. will definitely recommend it for a budget hotel

I've stayed at this hotel twice. This second experience was especially enjoyable, as the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. I had a family event that required me to arrange 100 boxes of rice and snack boxes. The staff were patient and friendly, assisting us as a family, as we had to carry food from the parking lot to the third floor and back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The private pool was also a real treat. The hotel is small, but it was a very comfortable stay.

Had a great stay at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada. The General Manager of this hotel sure have gems working under his wings. The hospitality shown from the Front Office (Mr Hero and all his colleagues) to the Concierge (Mr Sudiro and colleagues), Restaurant Manager and his staff is welcoming and made my stay like home. My triplet really do enjoy their stay and the kind, courteous and friendly staffs made their experience worthwhile. Will definitely came back to this hotel when my family visit Jakarta again. Stay there for 8 Days from (23/2 to 3/3). Wish I could extend my stay.

the main feature is the spacious room. beds are comfy not to mention the complete in room facilities you get at a very affordable price! there are some fast food restaurants nearby. 15 minutes to gambir station. 24 hours reception and there is a coffee shop which is literally 5 steps away from the front desk. staffs are helpful and friendly.
