Where do I even begin. This is our second time at this hotel. The first time was fine, but this time it was not. We were told we are being upgraded to a Tiffany Suite and man is that option garbage. The room is big, but so what. We didn't have a mirror. The bed was not very comfortable. The electric sockets only work if you turn the lights on, and we had to spend an hour figuring out the right combination. If you turn off all lights, you can't charge your phone. If you turn them all on, same issue. Absolute bullshit. The water in the bathroom was fluctuating in temperature. The TV loves to turn itself off and is not responding half the time. During breakfast, it took us 10 minutes to find a seat with how crowded it was. The room service food was bad. The chicken smelled funny. And the room cleaners only cleaned our room at 12:30 PM after I gave them 50k IDR to do it in front of the schedule.

This is my first time staying at Merlyn Hotel, and the first impression of the hotel was quite comfortable. It's just that the check-in wait was a bit long, in the sense that I couldn't check in a little earlier, and it was actually a bit later than the scheduled check-in time. The room was quite comfortable, but in my opinion, the bathroom floor was a bit slippery. Then I ordered for an anniversary, and the notes mentioned a celebratory decoration on the mirror, but it wasn't there. And I almost forgot, at the beginning when I wanted to check in, there was no welcome towel. I saw other guests being given small towels, perhaps the staff forgot. That's just a small note. Thank you.
