The hotel is very nice. We are happy to stay here at that time, with a good price and good experience. Our daughter is happy with so many swimming pools with quite a good view, she can decorate a donut and eat it. Strategic hotel for us. The food when we had breakfast was very varied and tasted good. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s always been a pleasure to stay here. Food was amazing as always, nicer than other standard hotel breakfasts. Room was great and clean, the bathroom has a bathtub so comfy.

something that i need to repeat in my mind when i visited in this hotel is "this is an old hotel". Many things in the room although complete were not in the perfect state like the TV frequently going blank . The view is perfect, we can see Monas and beautiful jakarta skyline. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. A little slow at check in, but it is ok. The gym is great and the swimming pool is excellent. The biggest minor right now is its location. Because of the construction near the main road, access was very hard. Trafic everywhere.
Overall, a good hotel.

The food is delicious and there are so many menus 👍🏻❤️ 5-star class, the price is not too expensive! The pool is also spacious, clean, and there are two children's pools! There is also a covered pool so it is nice, not exposed to the hot sun👍🏻

I stayed 3 days and 2 nights at the Prada Suite. The service from all the hotel staff was excellent and friendly. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive security guards. Check-in and check-out were easy with the friendly receptionists. The hotel area was very clean. The restaurant service, including breakfast and ordering by phone, included numerous children's play areas in the lobby and restaurant (kids-friendly), the swimming pool, and the room were all clean.
I was most impressed by the restaurant staff at breakfast. They were very friendly, and the food was varied and tasty. The children's play area in the lobby and restaurant was great, allowing parents to monitor their children while they enjoyed breakfast.
Something that could be improved is the cleanliness of the windows in the rooms, which allows for a clear and optimal view of the city. I also adjusted the temperature of the air conditioning in the room, but it was still too cold. Room service, especially in the restaurant, could be improved. I requested cutlery but it never arrived. Laundry service took a while to arrive (I had to call ahead for prompt delivery, and the laundry smelled a bit off). Furthermore, the elevator floor buttons were too sensitive, so pressing them to go to a specific floor also pushed other floors.
Overall, although I felt there were a few things I could improve, my stay was quite memorable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Merlynn Park Hotel again.

Stayed here during the holidays, it was memorable.. Friendly staff, fragrant hotel lobby, easy access, delicious and varied champion food, comfortable swimming pool, city view, can see Monas. However, the room smelled a bit musty. I think the carpet needs to be replaced or something because it was musty. I happened to take 2 rooms with connecting doors. My mother's room smelled of cigarettes.

Nonetheless, I sincerely apologize for the musty odor in your connecting rooms and the lingering cigarette smell in your mother’s room. These concerns are important to us, and we are taking immediate action.
Our housekeeping and maintenance teams are reviewing deep‑cleaning protocols and considering replacement of carpets or soft furnishings that may retain stale smells, since aging fabrics often contribute to mustiness. We are also improving room ventilation and exploring air purification options to help eliminate unwanted odours at their source
