Overall, it was pretty decent for the price I am paying for. Location-wise, not the best as there was ongoing construction around the precinct. Cleanliness can be improved as well, given it's a local 5-star hotel. Gym equipment is quite old, but I am okay with it; not sure about the general public. The swimming pool is quite good, to be honest; they still have showering facilities. Room-wise, it is okay, not the best but decent. Can be cleaner, but the room was spacious. Food was quite decent (breakfast), nothing much to complain about. I think overall I would give this a 4/5 given the price I am paying for.

Hello, just sharing my experience. When I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff on duty. The check-in process was fast 🙂. When I entered the room, I happened to ask for a high floor because I wanted to see a good view and hoped to get a view of Monas. Because I wanted to have dinner, it turned out that I got a slightly disappointing one, but it's okay 😁. All the room facilities are very good, not disappointing, only the problem was on the TV, but after that it could be used well after the staff came. For the food, it's really the best, especially since it's 5-star class. The important point is that the food is really crazy delicious, my 15-month-old child ate it all 😀😀. And no less important, the staff for the restaurant are really thank you very much for making my little family's vacation memorable 🙏🙏🙏🙏. For those who want to go on vacation or want to stay overnight, especially in the Jakarta area, getting anywhere is easy. Let's stay at the @merlynn park hotel.

Where do I even begin. This is our second time at this hotel. The first time was fine, but this time it was not. We were told we are being upgraded to a Tiffany Suite and man is that option garbage. The room is big, but so what. We didn't have a mirror. The bed was not very comfortable. The electric sockets only work if you turn the lights on, and we had to spend an hour figuring out the right combination. If you turn off all lights, you can't charge your phone. If you turn them all on, same issue. Absolute bullshit. The water in the bathroom was fluctuating in temperature. The TV loves to turn itself off and is not responding half the time. During breakfast, it took us 10 minutes to find a seat with how crowded it was. The room service food was bad. The chicken smelled funny. And the room cleaners only cleaned our room at 12:30 PM after I gave them 50k IDR to do it in front of the schedule.
