The lobby area is very spacious, JS Luwansa has a highlight, namely 24-hour staycation and a pool view that is no joke😍. The service is super friendly and the staff is super helpful. I requested a baby box, and they were able to fulfill it!🥹 The room view is also beautiful and the room is also clean, very suitable for a staycation with the family! Plus, the breakfast is also not canned, very complete, even an Indian menu is available😭

The best 4-star hotel in Jogja. I booked 2 rooms for a family vacation. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, especially from the check-in process with the receptionist, Mas Rizal, who helped us upgrade our room upon request because I wanted a higher floor.
