The receptionists are friendly, typical of Jogja people, the location is good on the side of a main road, the parking lot is quite spacious, there is a stall in front of the gate with delicious food and friendly prices.

It's nice to be able to stay at the location of this guest house with facilities that meet. The beauty of the place, clean, friendly staff, with an atmosphere of cool environment, really comfortable. Highly recommended for friends who are looking for locations with fresh air quality and are looking for a comfortable situation.

Ample parking and a clean environment. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tidy, with a TV with many channels and a large wardrobe. The bathroom, although small, was very clean and had a water heater. They also provided towels and soap. I was surprised because even though I booked without breakfast, I was given hot tea and bread in the morning, and free mineral water that could be refilled from the gallon. The staff was friendly and immediately helped if there were any problems. Overall, the best experience staying here at a very affordable price👍

I came here about a year ago, when the hotel had just opened, but nothing had changed at all, not to mention the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Everything was the same. The hotel was well maintained. Good job, keep it up, and thank you.

The lobby area is very spacious, JS Luwansa has a highlight, namely 24-hour staycation and a pool view that is no joke😍. The service is super friendly and the staff is super helpful. I requested a baby box, and they were able to fulfill it!🥹 The room view is also beautiful and the room is also clean, very suitable for a staycation with the family! Plus, the breakfast is also not canned, very complete, even an Indian menu is available😭

This is the best. The facilities are great: a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, a lounge, and hot water. If I ever go back to Yogyakarta, I'll definitely stay here again.

All the hotel staff were very friendly. Thank God, we were given a room with a 180° view. The hotel area is clean, fragrant, and spacious. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, in fact, I think this is a ⭐5 hotel. Highly recommended, and hopefully we can stop by Hotel Alana again. Amen.
