Had a great stay, perfect for family vacation. Staffs were great and very attentive. Room was very neat and clean, the food was also delicious, however did find some expired sugars on the table but the staff quickly replaced it. Pool was great too, exceptionally clean and not crowded, overall a really pleasant experience and will definitely come back again for a longer stay

The location was just perfect, a few minutes away walking from Monas and the Old Town, really well connected to local transport and easily accessible by cabs and GoCars, with shopping malls and trade centers around the structure.
The swimming pool was very nice and despite not having exactly the room we requested, we were upgraded as soon as we did the check-in to a suite instead, which was an unexpected positive twist to our visit.
That's one place we will definitely get back to when visiting Jakarta again.

Had a great stay at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada. The General Manager of this hotel sure have gems working under his wings. The hospitality shown from the Front Office (Mr Hero and all his colleagues) to the Concierge (Mr Sudiro and colleagues), Restaurant Manager and his staff is welcoming and made my stay like home. My triplet really do enjoy their stay and the kind, courteous and friendly staffs made their experience worthwhile. Will definitely came back to this hotel when my family visit Jakarta again. Stay there for 8 Days from (23/2 to 3/3). Wish I could extend my stay.

Hariston Hotel & Suites
It was a great place, of course. Too bad I left a bad memory for the staff there because I forgot to prepare cash for deposit. But the staff was very friendly and said that “it’s okay because it’s already late. Just remember to prepare deposits in the future,” I felt real bad. The food was pretty decent and all in all was a great stay. Deal was a steal. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Grand Asia Hotel
The room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, cool and refreshing. The hotel has an old-school charm, reminding me of classic hotels from the past. Though not modern, it’s well-maintained and comfortable. A good place for a simple, nostalgic stay. Everything felt neat, quiet, and pleasantly familiar.

Luxury as its name! Excellent service with good price. Clean bathroom, towel, shampoo soap and hairdryer are available. No breakfast but free coffee/tea is good for me. Clean and comfy pod and beautiful interior design. Will come back here again for sure. Thanks
