Greeted by competent and friendly receptionist staff upon arrival at the hotel. My review: -clean and comfortable room. -complete bathroom facilities. -wifi internet works well. -breakfast in the morning with a variety of menus and delicious taste too. This is my first time finding a sharia-compliant boarding house that's nice and comfortable, with hotel-like facilities. It even has hot water, even though Pekanbaru is already hot. It's great for those bringing babies to enjoy the warm water baths. I'll be staying here again next time.

The service staff was excellent. It was pouring rain when I arrived at the front of the hotel, and the security guard picked us up with an umbrella and escorted us one by one to the hotel lobby. The service was really great :)))
