A very comfortable hotel for business meetings or staycations for families. Even though the rooms are old, the interior and ambiance are very unique and homely. The national food is very delicious and the service is friendly, especially the waitress named Angela who is very helpful. There is one thing that is unique and very comfortable, namely the indoor swimming pool.

It's my first time here at Terrz Tree, I had a wonderful experience during my stay, we were greeted and checked in by friendly and attentive staff who made sure all my needs were met. This was my second stay at the hotel, and coincidentally, both visits took place while the property was undergoing renovations. Although some common areas were still under construction, I was pleased to find that my room had already been fully refurbished. The newly renovated room was excellent—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The interior design felt fresh and well thought out, with updated furnishings, good lighting, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Despite the ongoing works elsewhere in the hotel, noise levels were minimal, and the staff made every effort to ensure guests were not inconvenienced. Overall, I appreciate the improvements being made and look forward to seeing the hotel once the renovations are fully completed. I would certainly consider staying here again.

The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

The rooms have practical multifunction furniture, bed shelf and cupboard, so it’s very convenient for long stay. The residence has common pantry, all are well maintain and clean.
