I stayed at this hotel from May 4th to May 8th and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed, especially the front office team. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I came to Terrace Hotel on February 7, 2026 at 12:45 pm intending to leave my luggage first because it was not yet time for check-in at 2:00 PM. But, the receptionist on duty that day allowed me to check-in at 12:45 PM right away. Thank you to the kind receptionist 🙏 and what's even happier staying at Terrace Hotel, the friendly service from all the staff and the super duper clean and comfortable room. Thanks Terrace Hotel Legian Bali. Next time I go to Bali, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Book 2 standard rooms but for some reason one of the rooms was upgraded, it was truly a very memorable experience and got lucky at this Hotel🙏 It was very pleasant and memorable to stay 10 days at this Hotel because all the Hotel Staff were very Friendly and always ready to help anytime. Highly recommend for Family and friends to stay here.
