Me and my husband love to stay here. It's nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. And it's a Kuta beach front hotel... Very recommended to stay here :D

We were looking for a nice place where to spend a nice evening while being close to the airport (since we landed in the evening and had a flight early morning the day after). Anvaya has been the perfect choice: nice ambiance, beautiful gardens (with big pools), ocean view restaurant and good food!

The location is very strategic, right in front of the beach, so just cross over. Although the building looks old, the rooms are newly renovated so they are more comfortable and modern. The room size is very adequate, with two sinks. There is tea and coffee available all day for hotel guests. The rooftop pool is great for watching the sunset.

The place is comfortable, and the service is top-notch. We recommend a room with a garden view for cooler weather.

The staff is very friendly, I stayed 4 nights, different types of rooms, all comfortable, only there was a leak in the AC but it was immediately fixed, recommended for families, near the laundry, near Alfamart, near souvenir shops, basically top, I left my cellphone there, and the staff immediately sent it via expedition. Next year if I go on holiday to Bali again I will definitely go there again, hopefully the Harris River View Hotel will be more successful and continue to progress.

Very happy to stay here because it is close to the airport. So far Santika has never disappointed. It could be an alternative place to stay when you are in Bali. Friendly staff and spacious rooms are great

I booked 4 rooms when I stayed in June 2026. The service was excellent and easy from check-in to motorbike rental, which no longer required any requirements when we stayed here.

Mercure Kuta, thank you!! Wow, I was able to get the Nyepi opportunity here, very memorable! Location: in front of Kuta Beach, walk to Beachwalk, watch the ogoh-ogoh on foot, near the mart. Parking: got a spot in front, easy access. Food: during Nyepi ate at the hotel twice and it was okay. Room: got an upgrade to a sea view. Swimming pool: sea view, okay, clean. Cleanliness: okay. Staff: friendly. Wifi during Nyepi was also okay. The sunset was perfect and on Nyepi night there were lots of stars. Oh yeah, try the spa here too, it's fun with the sea view and the sound of the waves in the background. Ahh, so cool! See you again, Mercure Kuta, big thanks! :-)

In short, everything is five stars, the view from the balcony, cleanliness, service is number 1.

All the staff are friendly, and every time you meet them, you receive a smile and a greeting. That's one of the things that makes traveling comfortable. Excellent service, excellent atmosphere, and excellent and delicious food.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Ixora Kuta Resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, close to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants, making it very convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food, and the swimming pool was clean and relaxing. We really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at Grand Ixora Kuta Resort for making our holiday enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali.

The rooms are clean, with plenty of places to hang out, complete amenities, and close proximity to various tourist attractions, as it's in Kuta. The staff is friendly and helpful. The driveway, though small, is still large enough for a car, and the rooms are spacious and affordable.
