The rooms are not maintained properly. We got a toilet in the room with no jet shower, how come? Also, it needs extra deep cleaning. The room was so noisy due to maintenance near our room.

The room's AC is broken! It's so hot. Tired and wanting to lie down and rest, they're told to wait in a hot room for the AC to work while waiting for service. Instead of moving rooms immediately. It's so frustrating!
