Indeed, if I'm going anywhere, I prefer to stay at the Pop Hotel, as if I had to believe that it wouldn't disappoint. This is my first time staying at Pop Hotel Kuta. The place is very close if you want to go to the beaches, mall and look for food. The staff are also friendly, towels are changed every day, and the rooms are cleaned every day.

The hotel is okay, it's cheap, but the cleanliness is really well-maintained. The room is clean, the sheets are clean, everything is clean. The environment is comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. I was supposed to check in at 2, but I was able to check in earlier. The room wasn't soundproof enough, but that's all. Everything else was fine.

It served the purpose of having a place to sleep before our early morning flight. Price was good, staff were very nice and attentive, the place needs maintenance and needs to be cleaner, in a proper way, the ambiance is completely OFF, there's nothing POP there. The bed was clean, the bathroom in the room is a surprise, needs to be cleaned, sanitised, and the stains from the metal parts and the door need to be removed properly, that's really disgusting for me. In front of our room, there was a smoking room, another very disgusting thing, a deep smell of cigarettes. I don't know, maybe during the day the feeling of the place can be different.
