Didn't expect the place to be a bit run down, but it's pretty clean, just a bit dangerous at night. The staff is ok, the room is also ok, just don't expect the bathroom to be like an emergency bathroom. Overall, it's ok.

The room is small, the bathroom door is about to fall off, it's a bit dirty, worn, and the interior is also damaged and needs repair. There's no coffee/tea maker, spoons, or a hot water kettle in the room; you have to get water from the dispenser in the hallway. There are only a few sachets of soap and shampoo for toiletries. The hot water doesn't turn on. The pool is quite good and clean. There's ample parking, luggage storage, and no restaurant.

This is my second stay there. Yesterday, the window blinds in room 315 were broken, so they had to be fixed with a rope. They should be fixed soon. The hot water in that room didn't work when I wanted to take a shower at night, but that wasn't a problem for me since I'm used to cold water. The hotel management should check this immediately so guests who need hot water can get it. Overall, this hotel is very comfortable. It's a good place to rest, and it's not far from Kuta Beach.

So far, it's a good budget option, close to the beach, and quiet, but the room isn't soundproof. The room needs to be cleaned again to make it more comfortable, especially the bathroom.
