I always stay at Pop Hotel when I'm in Bali. Overall, the service is good, but yesterday, after staying for four nights, the sheets weren't changed because I noticed the same stains on them throughout my stay. And the receptionist was insensitive by not serving the guests who were first in line. Thank you 😊
