A pleasant stay with my wife and children. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There's also a playground for children.

I love the spacious rooms, the view, the air (thank you for not allowing people to smoke or vape in common outdoor areas). Lots of kids activities.

I stayed overnight in Shinta's room. Wow, as soon as I opened the door in the morning, I saw the mountains. I really liked the royal vibe. Best concept!

I stayed here from September 13th to 15th, 2025. I arrived at dawn, and since their shelter only opened at 10:00, I was assisted by a partner driver. All the staff during my stay, both at the restaurant and the hotel, were very friendly and helpful, and the tour guide was also friendly and helpful. It was worth the price and the experience! It's very comfortable to stay here, especially bringing a baby, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, easy and strategic access, the view is really good, the most impressive thing is that in the afternoon you can eat meatballs/sate and wedang ronde in the hotel parking lot. Kudos to the hotel management for allowing traders to sell in the hotel parking lot 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. God willing, next trip we will stay at the Grand Bintang Hotel again. First time staying here. Friendly customer service, clean and comfortable atmosphere, complete room facilities, tidy and dust-free. Breakfast was delicious, all you can eat, and the taste was amazing!!! I'll be back next time 🥰

For that price, it's absolutely worth it. The room is clean, the bed is big, and the hot water is good and strong. It even comes with a smart TV. The location is also easy to find, close to both the upstairs and downstairs. Recommended! 🤍

The hotel is family friendly. If you have children, they will love it because of the playgrounds and also the swimming pool. Highly recommended!

Staying here, you will get a welcome drink, water every day, towels changed every day, get discount vouchers for souvenir centers, restaurants and cafes, get free entrance tickets to Balekambang Park and its waterpark. All services are here, basically. For those who don't like to mess around, this is suitable

A quiet, green location close to Taman New Balekambang, and to the legendary Grojogan Sewu tourist attraction, outside the hotel there are many food and drink vendors so you can hang out at night and in the morning. A nice hotel with a good price, hopefully you can stay here again

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. We were given what appeared to be an upgraded room, as it could accommodate four people. They even provided breakfast toast for four at 4 a.m., knowing I was participating in the Siksorogo Ring of Lawu. Amazing!
