1 night stay here, its been good time. You can still get breakfast even in fasting time for sahoor. The important is new hotel, everything likes new, smells new, clean and calm. The environment is okay and 24 hours due to near Pasar Second Jodoh, Mc DOnald, Mart and night market jodoh. Enough pricey for price in Pandemic covid-19, hopefully can stay here if any promo. Barelang Hotel Nagoya Batam: A comfortable stay. I had a wonderful stay at Barelang Hotel in Nagoya, Batam. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's surrounded by plenty of food options, making it easy to satisfy any craving. Plus, having a convenient store nearby was a huge plus for grabbing quick snacks or essentials. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. While I didn't explore many of the amenities, the overall experience was pleasant. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay with easy access to food and other conveniences, Barelang Hotel is definitely worth considering. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed for 6 nights. The staffs are very nice and helpful. No lifts available, so you might need help with your luggage if your room is at the upper floor. Check in is around 2pm local time, but you can check with them first, if your room is ready, they might allow you for early check in. The room is ok, but the towel is quite old and worn out. Be sure to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. Heater, air conditioning and tv are working fine. No kettle/boiler, but maybe can check with the staffs. The location is quite strategic, around 500m walking distance to nagoya mall, around 2km-3km to harbour bay international ferry terminal, lots of alfamart/indomaret nearby, pharmacy (apotik), food stalls, easy access to get taxi and grab services. The price for one night stay is really cheap compared to other hotels in batam. Mine is around myr35/idr100.000 per night, standard room for 2 persons at 3rd floor, on january 2020. 🌟 A Comfortable and Homey Stay!
I stayed at Batam Harbour Hotel 2 and honestly, my experience there was very pleasant. From the outside, it looks simple, but as soon as I entered, the atmosphere immediately felt clean, calm, and comfortable.
🏨 Ambiance & Facilities:
The room was spacious and tidy, with cool air conditioning, hot water, a soft mattress, and perfect lighting for a good night's rest. The Wi-Fi was also stable, so I could still work or watch movies smoothly. There's a small lounge in the lobby area that's comfortable for relaxing with coffee.
🤝 Staff Service:
The staff were friendly and responsive. When I asked for more drinking water and an adapter, they delivered it to my room without me having to wait long. It felt like I was truly being served with genuine sincerity.
💡 Highlights:
What I liked most was the quiet atmosphere of this hotel, even though it's close to the harbor. You can see ships in the distance from your room window — quite relaxing, especially at night.
💰 Price:
For this price, the facilities and comfort are well worth it. Perfect for solo travelers or small families looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategic place.
📍 Location:
The location is very strategic — close to Batam Center Harbor, malls, and many eateries nearby. Transportation is also easily accessible.
✨ Conclusion:
Friendly service, clean rooms, strategic location, and affordable price. I was satisfied with my stay here and will definitely return if I ever visit Batam. 🌿

Zest Harbour Bay Batam by Swiss-Belhotel International
2 stars hotel with 5 stars services! They really strict with covid 19 prevention protocol. Also, one of the services that makes me in awww is when I had dinner on their restaurant. the chef found out I didn’t eat the egg yolk because it is half boiled egg and she over to re-cooked the egg if I don't like the half boiled egg. It was so nice gesture from her. Also one guy at restaurant that had me having his lighter as I don't have mine. Its awesome! They really paid attention into details
