Strategic Location and Excellent Service. We were very satisfied staying at Hotel Zuri Mangga Dua. It's strategically located, directly connected to Mangga Dua Mall and close to Kota Tua. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The soft beds ensure a good night's sleep. The breakfast is also delicious with a variety of options. The lobby staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended for business trips or family vacations!

I stayed here for one night on a layover due to an event. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. We also provided recommendations before booking. Very affordable room rates, large rooms, and a safe environment. Breakfast is also available at an affordable price. The rooms are always cleaned, and the bathroom and minibar are always freshly stocked.

Stayed in room 201 for two days because I was attending a Foo Fighters concert at Ancol. The room and bathroom were very clean. The pillows, sheets, and blanket were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly. The room was quite spacious, reasonably priced, and had a view of the street in front of the hotel. The soundproofing was quite good; some noise was audible, but not disturbing. With the affordable price and good facilities, it was definitely worth it. There were plenty of dining options around the hotel.

for this price, staying at Novotel is the best choice. spacious room, clean bathroom area and equipped with bathtub, the pool is very spacious. when entering the hotel lobby, the fragrance gives a calming impression. will come back here again and recommend families to stay here

Room service was very fast and good, with friendly and very polite staff. We forgot to hang the sign when leaving the room in the morning for cleaning, so when we returned at 5:00 PM, the room was still in the same condition as when we left in the morning. But once we reported to room service, it only took a few minutes for our room to be ready and clean again. Satisfied with this service, and also the prayer room had clean prayer robes available, thank you Ibis Style, next time we come here again.

The hotel hallways were very clean, the staff was friendly, and we were offered rooms with views and windows. The hotel's budget price includes two bottles of mineral water, soap, a hot water kettle, and breakfast. Best of all, it's close to a shopping center.
