Hotels near Serenting and Torok Bare Beach

Location was excellent from Mandalika race track as we were there for an event. We stayed at the beautiful bamboo villa, it is one bedroom with living room and kitchen upstairs. Well equipped, and the amenities are complete. One feedback is that for asians we really need to have toilet spray pls 😊 The staff and service were excellent. We tried breakfast and loving the buffet+ala carte combo. Dinner was good with local selections (my son loved his beef rendang rice) and tasteful. Overall great experience at this hotel and will definitely come back

The receptionist counter is not very convenient and friendly, but the staff OK.

We went for our honeymoon and the staff was amazing, the food is great, I recommend the fried rice. The bungalow was lovely, giving off a strong modern tropical vibe ❤️

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Always friendly and always accommodating. This location is close to the beach, and only a short walk to all the restaurants, stores and gyms. Resort swimming pool is very nice. We loved our stay here.

Location: Great with many nearby restaurants, and grocery store. 15 mins walking to the beach. Room: All OK. Room cleaning and towel change every day throughout my stay. But I don't think they change the bedding. I find it still a bit sandy the next day, so maybe they just fix the bed, not changing the sheets. Aircond cold, hot water really hot. Soap provided. But no toothbrush. No cockroaches in my room. The bed, comforter, pillow are all very comfortable for me. Service: Hotel staff are all nice. Facilities: Got evevator. Got parking lot, which not full at all during my stay. They have swimming pool, but the toilet at swimming pool have no water 🤔🤔. However, the wifi connection is not stable. I did complain and the staff said they will check. But then it happen again the next day 😅😅 Food: They have simple buffet breakfast but I didn't try. The room I pay wasn't included breakfast, though it's cheap. I didn't try as always wake up late. I just love their pillows 🤣🤣. All in all. For the price I got from traveloka, still a great stay for me. Just can improve especially on the WiFi connection.

Location-beach is so dirty...cant swim at all Food-food price is too exp at both restaurant and most importantly food not nice....disappointed!

The room, toilet, environment is very bad.
